Mixed Media handmade Bible cover! Made from an antique quilt - then other vintage linens, laces, trims, buttons and such are layered to make the finished product. A scripture or inspirational quote is added. Each one is unique - no two are alike. Inside on the two cover panels are pockets - for pens and paper or bookmarks. The back outside is decorated also, but not as elaborate.
The measurements are 10 inches tall and 17 inches across, laid out flat. It is easy slip on and off for a soft cover Bible, but does not come off while you are using it. For a hard cover Bible, you have to bend your front and back Bible covers back parallel to each other and then put the cover on. You will want the cover to be a little larger than your Bible to have a little play room and not be tight.

This Bible cover is made from a thinner quilt, and I have it laying on my bed for pictures. So it doesn't look like it is cut or sewn straight - BUT it is.
